Description
SPECIALIZED WAVE MAKING MACHINE THAT SCREAMS PERFORMANCE
There’s no mistaking the purpose of the Fi23 when you see it. The specialized, pickle-fork design is clearly a machine made for performance, designed to deliver spectacular waves and wakes.
Sleek, compact, performance-oriented, the Fi23 is clearly designed for serious sports performance and fun—and that design is based on the feedback we received from you. We didn’t tailor this boat to a single, specific experience. Instead, it incorporates all the things you want, and nothing you don’t. With its wide pickle-fork bow and sleek, aggressive lines, this boat clearly means business and if you do too it will scratch that itch like no other. Despite its compact size, the Fi23 has room for 14 people. With 5250 pounds of available ballast, there’s plenty to create the right displacement for perfect waves and wakes. The Fi23 redefines what a surf boat can be and, like a sports car, is designed to deliver exceptional performance. Its Pano SxS (side by side) HD Touch Vision Dash puts controls at the fingertips of the driver while the optional ROV (Range of View) offers exceptional visibility to everything going on around the boat without forcing the driver to turn their head, elevating the safety factor for everyone. Fearless innovation is at the heart of the Fi Series and the Fi23 is written by the language of that innovative attitude.
- Opti-V Hull: With its 20 degrees of deadrise at the transom, the Opti-V hull displaces more water, with less weight, while preserving a great rough water ride. Due to its efficiency, the Opti-V Hull enhances fuel economy and provides a much quieter ride than most boats delivering this type of power. With hook at the transom that helps it push out long, smooth waves and wakes, this hull offers a level riding surface, even in rough water. The seated driver can see over the bow seats while pulling a rider without compromising the waves or wakes thanks to a level running attitude. The hull also deflects rollers so rough water can’t spoil your fun. It’s clear the Opti-V Hull delivers the best waves, wakes and ride - in all conditions.
- Ballast: The Fi23 comes with as many as seven precisely placed ballast locations that, when combined, create 5250-pounds of ballast. But large ballast capacity isn’t the complete story. We do ballast a little differently by distributing it evenly throughout the boat. This even distribution displaces weight the entire running surface of this 23-foot performance machine, resulting in a longer wave and a balanced running attitude, front to back, with virtually no bow rise to distract the driver. This is the kind of thing we believe makes a huge difference in your experience.
- Fuel Efficiency: We love the fact that Centurion offers more than 50% better fuel efficiency than any other water sports boat out there. After all, better fuel efficiency means more time on the water and a less expensive ride for you. But how can we be so much more fuel efficient? It’s the design. Centurion’s Opti-V may be a modified deep-v hull designed to maximize displacement, but the running surface has a lot of lift built into it. This eliminates drag and creates balance for less resistance, meaning the engine doesn’t have to work as hard to push a Centurion through the water whether it is weighted to ride or set-up for a cruise.
- Ramfill2: We have a nickname for the available RAMFILL² ballast system. We call it the “Baller.” It’s a nearly maintenance free system that offers 2700 pounds – plus of ballast capacity that fills in 90 seconds. With its four stainless steel two-inch valves (two in two out) bolted through to the flanges, anything plastic is eliminated. The large sub-floor tanks extend from the helm to the transom on each side of the lounge. This just adds to the well-distributed ballast placement and helps create longer waves with consistent push from the face to the curl crash. Baller, indeed.
- Battle Advance Tower: The aggressive Battle Advance Tower by Roswell looks like it was made to go with the Fi Series and it was. Options include color matched shields, Bombshell 2.0 racks by Roswell and an upgraded Wet Sound Stereo System. Even with the options, this tower can easily be folded by an individual in less than a minute. That’s efficient design in action. When it’s repositioned to the upright position you can hear the strength of the Battle Advance. No rattle, no shimmy, no shake. The silent movement indicates the precision with which this tower was made. The Roswell Patented CAM Latch design locks the hoop of the tower securely onto its base.

- Level running attitude, customizable waves and wakes, quiet ride and excellent visibility are characteristics all our boats have in common. Touch screen access enables insight into fuel efficiency and quick adjustment to ballast. The magic is in the details, from the inside out.
- Our hand-built custom boats take 10 working days to complete and are inspected each step along the way. Every time we build a boat, we approach it as if it were for a family member, because once you own a Centurion you are part of our family. Our craftsmen take pride in what they build and strive to give you the best possible experience on the water. The features included in our Fi Series reflect this dedication to craft, and our deep understanding of what enhances your experience.
- Touch Pano Hd: In our Centurion 2024 Fi Series models the standard PANO Side by Side (SxS) HD Touch Vision Dash System by Enovation has two 12" x 4" panoramic screens mounted side by side. They function as one large screen or two independent screens, enabling the driver to see and control every system at once. The Corvette-styled Centurion C8 Steering Wheel offers a perfect grip without obstructing the driver’s view of the digital dash. In addition to controlling the Wet Sounds Stereo, the optional QuickSurf Pro, RAMFILL², RGB lighting and the Silent Stinger Wake Plate, the PANO dash offers Inspection Mode. Inspection Mode enables the operator to toggle off Auto Drain for ease of inspection at Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) checkpoints.
- Range of View: Centurion’s Range of View (ROV) Camera and Fuel Usage System is available on all Fi Models. This optional Fi package includes both a bow and a stern 180-degree POV camera for exceptional visibility and convenience. The video from these cameras displays on the port-side PANO screen on either side of the speedometer. The ROV cameras can be viewed simultaneously or one at a time on the Fi Series. It is also possible to overlay the fuel usage data or monitor per-trip fuel consumption separately. The optional Centurion ROV extends your range of view both literally and figuratively as it lets you view your surroundings while offering valuable insight into your boat’s functionality.
- Engine: Inside the Fi23 is a PCM engine that is 100% freshwater cooled. This means easy winterization and longevity for the owner. The ZZ5 5.3L GM engine yanks riders up with 400 lb-ft of torque thanks to Centurion’s PowerPull System that combines a specially matched gear reduction with a 4-blade 17” x 15.5” prop. The ZZ5 engine is another example of Centurion fearlessly innovating systems for wake surfing.
- Interior: The Fi23 is as stylish on the interior as it is fierce on the water. The beautifully appointed Fi Series accent stitching is available in seven different colors, empowering you to customize the look of your boat. Made by GoreTex for extreme strength and longevity, it’s one of those extra touches that define Centurion. Functionality is as much a priority as appearance in the Fi23 and that shows with the new Walkthrough Trash Shoot with Receptacle that is easily accessible in the observer storage area. Another practical touch users will appreciate is the new, easy to use Battery Management System with PDM Reset Panel – located in the glovebox alongside one of four USB/USB C Combo Power Outlets available throughout the Fi.
- Exterior: The appearance of the 2024 Centurion Fi23 shouts priorities – waves, wake and ride. The fearlessly innovated lines of the boat make it clear at first glance that this boat is purpose built for performance. But, you have options to customize the exterior to write your own Fi Series story. New for 2024 is the optional Centurion Vented Windshield, which offers an aggressive look with breath-quickening airflow and a colorable accent at the A-Pillars. We also offer optional color matching with colorable vents and designators as well as exterior GatorStep accents.
